01IS EMUNAH MADE TO ORDER?

Most garments are made to order. Stickers, bags and beanies are generally ready to ship unless the product page says otherwise.
02HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Made-to-order garments generally require 2–4 weeks before dispatch. Australian delivery then takes approximately 2–10 business days. Product-specific estimates shown at checkout or on the product page take priority.
03CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE OR ADDRESS?

Email hello@emunahyahweh.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfilment has begun.
04WILL READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS ARRIVE SEPARATELY?

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we may hold the order and send everything together. Contact us if you need a ready-to-ship item urgently.
05DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?

Yes. Tracked shipping is available at checkout for New Zealand, selected Asia Pacific countries, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Import duties and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
06HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

Open the Size Guide tab on the individual product page. Each garment can fit differently, so always use the guide attached to that product.
07CAN I RETURN A MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM?

We do not offer change-of-mind returns for made-to-order products. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
