TERMS OF SERVICE

We aim to present products, colours, sizing and availability accurately. Screen settings and handmade or made-to-order production can result in small visual variations that do not amount to a fault.

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we have not notified you of an availability or pricing issue. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a genuine listing error, suspected fraud or unavailable production.

Made-to-order and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in the parcel passes in accordance with applicable law and the carrier’s confirmed delivery process.

Change-of-mind and incorrect-size returns may be restricted, particularly for made-to-order items. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Emunah Yahweh names, artwork, photography, graphics, copy and garment designs may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
