MADE TO ORDER

When you place an order, your size and selected garment enter our production queue. This allows us to create in considered quantities and reduce unnecessary waste.

Most made-to-order pieces take approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch. Some collection launches may have a specific production window; where shown, that product-specific estimate applies.

Orders containing both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items may be dispatched together after every item is ready.

Production estimates are given in good faith, but occasional delays can happen. If the expected timeframe changes materially, we’ll contact you using the email supplied at checkout.

Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Once production begins, we may not be able to change or cancel a made-to-order item.
